’Workshops and Coaching’

Your Coach and Mentor

My passion is People and Business which comes from a background in human resource management and business development; and as such I can relate HR to real world business needs.  I am also a strong believer that it’s the people in the workplace that makes a business successful. I enjoy working with individuals, small business and organisations to help them realise and achieve their goals.

As a coach, mentor, trainer and counsellor I have worked one on one to assist individuals making career, job or lifestyle changes; as well as working with small to large firms in both the private and public sectors on business and leadership coaching, and employee transition and outplacement.

I have owned and operated a number of successful small businesses in human resource management, labour hire and recruitment, and held specialist HR positions with large multinational organisations.

Apart from establishing a number of my own operations, my experience in business development has involved advising, coaching and training many small business intenders and operators in diverse industries. This has included all aspects of business operations and stages from start up through to growth and maturity.

My qualifications include professional membership of the Career Development Association of Australia (CDAA); I am an accredited Counsellor and a professional member of the Australian Counselling Association.  I hold Certificate IV in Training and Assessing, and a university degree in Business Management.

I look forward to working with you to help achieve your goals.
